RADS 9-11/A® Series, Mast Extension Kit - Additional mast height of approximately 11 feet (~3.4M) over the standard included mast, extends operational line of sight on U/VHF and increases ERP when operating on HF frequencies below 7 MHz. Kit includes three (3) standard fiberglass Mast Sections and a 30 foot (~9M) 120° Long Guy Set w/adjustable Guys. The Cable Extension Kit is also REQUIRED when using this OPTION.

RADS 9-11/A2® Series Cable Extension Set - - Includes One (1) double-shielded 25 foot (7.62M) RG-8X cable with UHF connectors and a captive, double female UHF adapter, one (1) 25 foot (7.62M) Combination Control/RF Cable w/Packard™ waterproof connectors. All cables include our captive Velcro™ brand "keepers." These "keepers" serve to keep the cables in a neat coil when packed and to dress the cables down the mast when the system is deployed. This option is REQUIRED when using the OPTIONAL Mast Extension Kit.

RADS 9-11/A2-237® HF Wire Element Kit - Consists of two (2) heavy-duty, PE insulated, 14AWG Flex-weave® 100 foot (~24M) HF wire Elements on captive ABS reels, with connectors, stress-reliefs and short, adjustable Guys. These elements are used in place of the standard loaded HF whips supplied with the RADS 9-11/A2-237® system, whenever space permits. This option allows system use on the 160 meter band and increases ERP on all HF frequencies. In addition, each kit includes two (2) Striking Pins and two (2) Sandbag/Tree Straps.
