Type 2 Mast Section - 72 inch (1.82M) long, dark, military OD green, fiberglass mast section.
Guy Rope - .125 inch (3.17mm) diameter, double-braided, black, UV resistant Dacron® rope.
Guy Ring - Machined black Delrin® acetal polymer guy ring used for attachment of .125 inch (3.17mm) guy rope to type 2 and 3 mast sections. Drilled for both 90° (4 rope) and 120° (3 rope) guy assemblies.
Guy Tensioner - Clamcleat® brand, CL-260 Line-Lok® injection molded black structural nylon line adjusters. Used for adjusting the tension/length of .125 inch (3.17mm) guys.
Guy Stake - 12 inch (30.38cm) mil-spec aluminum guy stakes.
Type 2 Mastfoot - Custom machined 6061-T6 aluminum part, designed to fit inside the bottom most mast section of a ground-mounted type 2 mast. Takes the full load of the mast and protects the bottom mast section from damage from direct contact with the ground. Serves to attach the mast firmly to ground, preventing "kickout."
Type 2 Masthead - This is an "optional accessory" item and NOT required if one wishes to attach their own antenna to a type 2 mast. It is designed to fit to the top of the mast and serves as an attachment point for wire antenna elements, balun(s) and feedline(s). These are available with or without U/VHF element mount and groundplane assembly.
Polymer Swivel Snaphook - Made of black, acetal polymer; these are used on .125 inch (3.17mm) guys and wire antenna elements up to 14AWG. They provide a neat, strong and professional attachment and the swivel prevents kinking and tangles. These hooks are the same as used in our government and military products. They are extremely strong, very light-weight and designed for temperatures from -40° to +132° C. They are resistant to UV and most chemicals.
Polymer "O" Ring - Made of black, acetal polymer; these are used on .125 inch (3.17mm) guys and wire antenna elements up to 14AWG. They provide a neat, strong and professional attachment. Complete Type 2 Ground-Mount Mast Kit - Contains all components and materials required for building a complete 24 foot (7.32M) mast, with guy assemblies. Detailed instructions w/drawings included.
